FAISALABAD, Feb 03 (APP): The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (Fesco) has made special arrangements to ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity across the region on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Barat.
According to a FESCO spokesperson here Tuesday, in the light of special instructions from Chief Executive FESCO Engr Muhammad Amir, special teams have been formed to ensure continuous supply of electricity to consumers and timely redressal of complaints.
In case of any LT/HT breakdown, consumer complaints or any emergency situation during Shab-e-Barat, immediate restoration of electricity would be ensured.
The Superintending Engineers (Operations) and Executive Engineers of FESCO have been instructed to continuously monitor the process of power supply and grievance redressal. Furthermore, all Sub-Divisional Officers have been directed to keep transformer trolleys and necessary T&P/PPEs available at all times so that in case of any emergency, the power flow can be maintained by replacing the faulty transformer or other equipment immediately.
The consumers can use FESCO Smart App, Helpline No. 118, Toll Free No. 0800-66554 and SMS Service 8118 to register their electricity-related complaints. FESCO staff will take immediate action on the registered complaints and the complaints of the consumers will be redressed immediately.
