SUKKUR, Dec 09 (APP):The Federal Ombudsman’s office conducted an Outreach Complaint Resolution (OCR) hearing in Larkana on Tuesday under the supervision of Syed Mehmood Ali Shah, Regional Head, Federal Ombudsman, Sukkur and Larkana.
The hearing aimed to address public complaints and resolve issues related to public utility services. Officials from concerned agencies, including SEPCO and SSGCL, participated in the hearing.
A total of 59 SEPCO complaints and 22 SSGCL complaints were heard, and directions were issued for prompt resolution in accordance with the law.
The Regional Head emphasized transparency, efficiency, and public facilitation, reiterating the Federal Ombudsman’s commitment to providing relief to the general public.
The OCR initiative continues to serve as an effective platform for quick redressal of grievances, strengthening coordination between public utility agencies and citizens.
