SUKKUR, Jun 04 (APP):The Federal Ombudsman Secretariat Regional Office Sukkur, under the directives of Federal Ombudsman Aijaz Ahmad Qureshi on Wednesday conducted an outreach complaint hearing at Circuit House Khairpur.
Over 150 complaints were heard, and more than 100 complainants were provided relief.
The complaints included issues related to SEPCO’s deductions and overbilling, utility stores, Sui Gas, Shah Abdul Latif University, Radio Pakistan, Pakistan Engineering Council, and Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal. The Assistant Federal Ombudsman, Dr. Abdul Waheed Indhar, stated that the Federal Ombudsman Secretariat has provided benefits of over Rs. 25 lac to the citizens through these complaints.
During the open discussion, officials from various departments, including SEPCO and Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal, were present to address the complaints.
The Federal Ombudsman Office has assured the public that their grievances will be addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
