CHINIOT, Jul 06 (APP):Federal Minister for Investment Board Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh organized Langar and Niaz at his Dera in Chiniot on the day of Ashura, following his annual tradition. A large number of mourners participated in the event, and the Federal Minister himself distributed Langar and Niaz among them. The main procession of Alam Zul Jinnah Taazi passed in front of his Dera, showcasing the city’s Shia-Sunni unity.
On this occasion, while talking to the media, Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh highlighted the significance of Chiniot, where five Taazi are taken out from the city, demonstrating Shia-Sunni unity. He praised the nation’s unity and national harmony, citing the recent Indo-Pak war as an example. He also mentioned the country’s improving economic conditions.
He also expressed optimism that Ashura would pass peacefully across the country, thanks to the excellent security arrangements.
The Federal Minister also discussed the country’s development, foreign investment, and the stock market’s performance. He emphasized his commitment to education in Chiniot, highlighting the role of Fast University and GC University.
At the end, Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh distributed langar and niyaz among the people, a milk and sweet water sabil was also installed at his camp, showcasing his dedication to serving the community.
