FAISALABAD, Nov 04 (APP): Director General of Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA), Muhammad Asif Chaudhry, held an open court at his office on Tuesday to listen to the grievances of citizens and issue on-the-spot orders for their redressal.
During the Khuli Kutchery, the DG assured the public that no effort would be spared in providing them immediate relief. He emphasized that the Punjab government’s open-door policy is being fully implemented, encouraging citizens to approach the FDA office with any concerns without hesitation.
Muhammad Asif Chaudhry informed attendees that digital technology is being leveraged to enhance service delivery, with several modern reforms already in place to expedite processes for the public’s convenience.
He further shared that services such as property ownership clearance certificates, town planning reports, issuance of possession slips, the e-challan system, and other related services are now available online.
The DG clarified that resolving citizens’ problems remains his top priority.
