FAISALABAD, Oct 23 (APP):The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) has intensified its ongoing operation against illegal housing schemes and demolishing unauthorised structures and sealing on-site sale offices of five unapproved colonies along Narwala Road, Canal Road and Chak No. 208-RB.
A UAF spokesman said here on Thursday that during inspection, multiple schemes were found involved in unlawful extensions and various other violations including establishment of illegal housing schemes like Model City-I Extension Block, Model City Executive Block, and Noor Executive Block at Chak No.208-RB, Al-Buraq Valley at Chak No. 214-JB Narwala Road and Al-Noor City at Chak No. 218-JB.
Hence, under supervision of Director Town Planning Asma Mohsin, the FDA Enforcement Team led by Estate Officer Aneeb Aslam Randhawa razed boundary walls, gates and unauthorized constructions of these housing schemes in addition to sealing their sale offices operating in violation of the law, he added.
FDA spokesman also warned the developers to refrain from further violations as any future breaches of planning regulations would result in criminal proceedings.
