Ex-fast bowler vows to boost Burewala cricket talent

BUREWALA , Jul 09 (APP):Former fast bowler Mohammad Irfan has said that there is no shortage of cricket talent in Pakistan; what is needed is to nurture this talent and guide it in the right direction.
Speaking to the media during his visit to the local press club, the pacer stressed that all institutions, coaches, former players, and individuals connected with cricket must set aside their differences and work together to train and mentor young players so the country can produce world-class fast bowlers in the future.
Highlighting the cricket potential in Burewala, Mohammad Irfan said that the region has produced several international players in the past and still holds immense talent. He stressed that if young cricketers here are provided with proper facilities, this tradition can be revived.
He also appreciated the Press Club’s role in promoting sports, acknowledging its continuous encouragement of local youth. Irfan assured that he is ready to use his connections and resources for the promotion of cricket in Burewala.
Sending a message to aspiring players, he said that hard work, dedication, and discipline are the keys to success.
