VEHARI, Nov 24 (APP):A retired policeman was shot dead by an unidentified assailant here on Monday.
City police said that Adil Qasai, resident of Chak 9/11-WB, was returning home when an unknown armed man opened fire on him. The bullet pierced through his skull, killing him on the spot.
Upon receiving information, the team reached the scene ,while the Crime Scene Unit collected evidence.
Further investigation was underway.
