HYDERABAD, Oct 24 (APP):An elderly woman allegedly took her life by firing a gunshot on her head in Naqash Villas housing scheme in the limits of Qasimabad police station on Friday.
The police spokesman informed that 58 years old Tehmina Turk was found dead in her house.
The body was shifted to Liaquat University Hospital for the medico legal formalities. The family sources told the police that the woman suffered from depression.
Separately, a roadside hotel’s owner was shot dead in Shaikh Bhirkio, a rural town. The police said unknown attackers riding on a motorbike fired gunshots on 25 years old Taimur Mughal, who succumbed to the fatal wounds on the way to the hospital.
According to the police, the incident’s FIR would be registered after the slain person’s burial.
