RAWALPINDI, Jul 03 (APP):A local court on Friday sentenced a notorious drug supplier to nine years of rigorous imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 80,000.
According to details, the convict, identified as Ali, was arrested by the New Town Police in April 2025 after law enforcement recovered 1.650 kilograms of hashish (charas) from his possession.
Appreciating the performance of the SSP Investigation and his team, City Police Officer (CPO) Syed Khalid Mahmood Hamdani reiterated that all available resources are being utilized to eradicate the menace of drug smuggling from society.
