ATTOCK, Jul 23 (APP):A special court for Control of Narcotic Substances (CNS) in Pindigheb on Tuesday sentenced nine-year imprisonment to an accused involved in a drug smuggling case.
The accused named Muhammad Saeed, resident of Mianwali was arrested by Pindigheb Police and recovered hashish from his custody, the police said.
Additional Session Judge, Qammar Zaman Bhatti after hearing the arguments of defense and prosecution counsels announced the verdict as the convicted was found guilty of having drugs and awarded 9-year imprisonment with fine Rs 80,000.
