DPO, martyr’s daughter inaugurate SDPO Office in Mianchannu
KHANEWAL, Sep 01 (APP):Daughter of a martyred police officer accompanying District Police Officer (DPO) Muhammad Abid, and senior officers inaugurated the the new SDPO office in Mianchannu on Tuesday.
Superintendent of Police (Investigation) Shahid Rasheed, DSP Headquarters Farhan Faisal, DSP Mianchannu Mahmood Akbar, Chief Security Officer Rai Farhat, SHOs Adil Khichi and Adnan Tipu, PRO Shiraz Qamar Cheema, and other police officers were present.
After the formal opening, the DPO and SP Investigation visited the office and inspected its various sections and facilities.
The DPO held a special meeting with the families of police martyrs. He inquired about their well-being and listened to the issues and concerns faced by them.
He assured the families that the Punjab police would always hold the sacrifices of its martyrs in the highest regard and continue taking every possible measure for the welfare and well-being of their families.
Muhammad Abid said, police martyrs were a source of pride for the entire force and the nation, adding that their eternal sacrifices had played a vital role in maintaining peace and order in society.
He said that the police considered it one of its foremost responsibilities to ensure the dignity, welfare, and prompt resolution of problems faced by the families of its martyrs.
Later, DPO Muhammad Abid presented flowers and gifts to the families of the police martyrs.
