SUKKUR, Jul 25 (APP):In a significant achievement, DIG Sukkur Range, Captain (R) Faisal Abdullah Chachar on Friday has commended the exceptional performance of Sub-Inspector Manshad Kalhoro, the investigating officer in a high-profile kidnapping and murder case.
The case involved the abduction and killing of Nadir Ali, son of Muhammad Ali Rajpar, in Sorah, district Khairpur.
The kidnappers, Ghulam Shah Shabeer and his wife, Rubina, were arrested by the police and the investigation led to their conviction. The court sentenced both accused to life imprisonment based on the strong evidence presented by the investigating officer.
