SARGODHGA, Nov 08 (APP): DIG Prisons Saeed Ullah Gondal visited the Red Crescent Thalassemia and Hemophilia Blood Center on Silanwali Road and reviewed the blood transfusion process for children suffering from thalassemia and hemophilia. During his visit, he also distributed medicines and praised the efforts of the center’s administration.
At the center, DIG Gondal inspected various departments and interacted with the children receiving treatment. He expressed his admiration for the center’s humanitarian work, noting that such acts of service are highly valued by Allah Almighty.
DIG Gondal announced that the Prisons Department would soon organize a blood donation camp to support the children in need of regular blood transfusions.
The ceremony was attended by several prominent figures, including Akhtar Hayat Kanjo from the Headquarters Police Training School, Secretary of the Red Crescent Hospital Asim Munir Kharal, and the Executive Director of the Thalassemia Center. Other members, such as Sheikh Muhammad Ashraf and Khawaja Khadim Hussain, also participated in the event and helped distribute medicines to the children.
