ISLAMABAD, Jan 16 (APP):Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Police has taken strict action by ordering the dismissal of three Dolphin Force officers accused of harassing a family during a routine vehicle check in Sector F-11, on Thursday.
A police spokesperson told APP that officers Aqib, Ali Haider, and Talha were dismissed from service after being found guilty during an inquiry. He said the inquiry was initiated following a complaint against the officers for misconduct during a vehicle inspection.
The DIG emphasized that no leniency will be shown towards officers found misusing their authority, reiterating the police’s commitment to accountability and public service ethics.
