SARGODHA, Aug 28 (APP):Director General Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) Chaudhry Muhammad Arshad visited various parks in the city and issued directions to ensure a healthy environment and improved recreational facilities for the public.
During his visits to the newly established Rehman Park and Johar Colony Park in Commissioner Colony, the DG inspected ongoing development and renovation projects. He also reviewed facilities available to citizens and directed further improvements to enhance the recreational experience.
Speaking on the occasion, Chaudhry Muhammad Arshad said that multiple projects were underway to transform Sargodha into a “green city” in order to curb environmental pollution and secure a healthier future for coming generations.
He noted that, in line with government directives, Commissioner Sargodha Jahanzaib Awan was pursuing a comprehensive strategy under which emergency measures were being implemented. “Practical steps are in progress, and the completion of ongoing projects will reshape the map of Sargodha,” he added.
