Dera Ismail Khan , Jul 18 (APP):On the directives of Regional Police Officer Dera Syed Ashfaq Anwar and District Police Officer Sajjad Ahmad Sahibzada, the police in Paharpur Division launched a comprehensive search and strike operation to curb criminal activities and apprehend wanted suspects.
The operation was carried out under the supervision of Superintendent of Police (SP) Paharpur Division Asad Ali Shah.
He was accompanied by Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Paharpur Noor Haider Khan, SDPO Panyala Naqeebullah Khan, and Station House Officers (SHOs) Faheem Mumtaz, Aftab Alam Baloch, Rafiq Khan, and Umar Iqbal Marwat from Kirri Khesoor Police Station.
The police teams conducted search operations in several areas, including Wanda Ali, Wanda Kharot, Wanda Kotriyan, Powandah Wali, Terz Wali and adjacent localities. Around 70 houses were searched and cleared during the operation.
As a result of the operation, approximately 25 suspects were taken into custody for further investigation.
According to the spokesperson of Dera Ismail Khan Police, such operations will continue to ensure peace and security in the region.
