LAHORE, Jan 05 (APP):The Punjab government has set a target of connecting more than 4500 hospitals and rural health centers of the province to the modern system of NADRA.
The NADRA sources said that the authority has further expanded the scope of the Civil Registration and Vital Statistics System and modern equipment has been provided to several hospitals under the Regional Head Office.
As a result of which hospitals in Kasur, Nankana and Sialkot have been connected to NADRA’s modern CRVS system.
According to official sources, information about birth of children and death of citizens will be received directly by union councils and NADRA, which will make the registration process faster and more transparent.
