GUJRAT, Jul 08 (APP):Deputy Commissioner Naveed Ahmed paid a surprise visit to the Government Deaf and Defective Hearing Boys High School to inspect facilities and academic standards for students with special needs.
During the visit, the deputy commissioner reviewed classrooms, administrative offices, and washrooms, assessing cleanliness, infrastructure, and available resources.
He held discussions with the teaching staff, including the head teacher, to evaluate the quality of education. Naveed Ahmed directed relevant departments to improve the school’s physical condition, ensure functional and hygienic washrooms, and adopt modern teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
He said that institutions serving children with disabilities require special attention and appreciated the efforts of teachers in fulfilling the responsibility.
