DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Oct 22 (APP):Deputy Commissioner South Waziristan Upper Asmatullah Wazir has introduced a direct communication campaign with local residents under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government’s District Service Delivery Program, aiming to ensure quick and effective resolution of public grievances.
Through this initiative, the deputy commissioner personally contacts citizens to listen to their concerns and immediately directs the relevant departments to take necessary action.
According to the district administration, the program is designed to make grievance handling more accessible, efficient, and transparent, allowing people to reach government officials without bureaucratic hurdles.
The DC Office has urged upon citizens to cooperate and clearly express their concerns when contacted, emphasizing that public participation is key to improving service delivery.
The administration said the initiative reflects a strong commitment to responsive governance and marks an important step toward enhancing public trust in government institutions in South Waziristan Upper.
