RAWALPINDI, Nov 07 (APP):Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi Captain (R) Nadeem Nasir on Saturday reviewed development projects worth Rs22.4 million in 12 union councils, aimed at improving roads, streets, drainage systems and urban infrastructure.
The projects, being executed by the Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi, include construction and rehabilitation of streets and roads, improvement of drains and upgradation of civic facilities.
Chairing a review meeting, the deputy commissioner directed the concerned departments to ensure quality, transparency and timely completion of all development schemes through regular monitoring.
He said the initiatives would improve civic facilities and enhance the overall beauty of the city.
