DC reviews progress on clean water schemes

MUZAFFARGARH , Jul 07 (APP):A review meeting of the Clean Water Authority was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Quratulain Memon.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner General Yousuf Chheena, Additional Deputy Commissioner Finance and Deputy Director Development and Planning Anam Hafiz, Assistant Commissioner Muzaffargarh Irfan Hanjra, Assistant Commissioners of Ali Pur and Jatoi, as well as officials from the Clean Water Authority and other relevant departments. During the meeting, Deputy Commissioner Quratulain Memon conducted a detailed review of the current status of clean water schemes in Muzaffargarh district and challenges faced in their completion, and potential solutions.
Deputy Commissioner Quratulain Memon (DC) stated that the Punjab government prioritizes providing clean and safe drinking water to citizens, and completing all related schemes on time is a top priority for the district administration.The Deputy Commissioner directed all Assistant Commissioners to personally visit clean water schemes in their respective tehsils and submit regular monitoring reports to ensure tangible progress. She  instructed Clean Water Authority officials to promptly address public complaints and resolve technical or operational issues on a priority basis.
