FAISALABAD, Nov 07 (APP): Deputy Commissioner Capt (retd) Nadeem Nasir has said that the applications received on the Punjab government’s e-biz portal for issuance of NOCs to businessmen should be dealt with expeditiously so that the objectives of establishing the portal be fulfilled.
He was chairing a meeting held to review the progress on the applications received so far on the portal here Friday.
He directed the concerned departments that no application should remain pending and there is zero tolerance in this regard.
He said that this initiative is a revolutionary step for the convenience of the businessmen. The e-biz platform is providing a complete online facility issuing permits, licenses, and registration and land use conversion to investors.
He said that “e-biz” is a major step in building a more transparent, efficient and business-friendly environment, hence all departments concerned should be aware of their responsibilities.
