DIR LOWER, Sep 25 (APP):Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate Muhammad Fawad on Monday imposed section 144 Cr.P.C and banned all public gatherings and assembly of more than five persons within the premises of the district for five days.
A notification issued here said that the section 144 has been imposed to maintain law and order situation in District Dir Lower and to prevent any mishap by way of terrorists or militants activity.
It warned that anyone found violating this order shall be proceeded against under section 188 P.P.C.
