ABBOTTABAD, Dec 04 (APP): Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad Sarmad Saleem Akram chaired an meeting on district service delivery at the DC Office conference room, where the performance of district departments and revenue officers was thoroughly reviewed.
Speaking on the occasion, DC Sarmad Saleem Akram emphasized that ensuring timely and quality services to citizens is a top priority of the district administration.
He directed all departments to take concrete steps for addressing public issues efficiently and improving district service delivery indicators.
He further instructed officials to enhance coordination and adopt a proactive approach for better public facilitation.
The meeting was attended by the Additional Deputy Commissioner General, Additional Deputy Commissioner Finance and Planning, District Monitoring Officer (Education Monitoring Authority), Assistant Commissioner Abbottabad, Additional Assistant Commissioners, TMOs, officials from the Education and Health Departments, Assistant Director Galiyat Development Authority, and other officers.
DC Abbottabad reiterated that the administration will continue its efforts to improve governance and ensure that citizens receive services without delay.
