ABBOTTABAD, Jul 16 (APP):Deputy Commissioner Sanaullah Khan on Wednesday asked to ensure timely resolution of public grievances and seek citizen feedback to promote good governance.
He issued these instructions while chairing a meeting on district revenue affairs and administrative performance.
The meeting focused on reviewing departmental efficiency and accelerating public service delivery, with a particular emphasis on addressing complaints registered through the Pakistan Citizen Portal and the “Ikhtiyar Portal.”
The Deputy Commissioner directed officials to act promptly on public complaints and improve coordination among departments to ensure citizen satisfaction. He also instructed all Price Control Magistrates and district officers to enhance their performance and maintain transparency in service delivery.
Key agenda items included the resolution of revenue court cases, facilitation of public services, redressal of land-related issues, computerization of land records, land acquisition, audit paras, forest cases, and the implementation of registration and mutation processes.
The session was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner General Gohar Ali, Assistant Commissioner Abbottabad Zarak Yar Khan Toru, Additional Assistant Commissioner Sana Fatima, Additional Assistant Commissioner Sameera Mehsud, Additional Assistant Commissioner Revenue Muhammad Khan, along with Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars, Sub-Registrars, and other relevant officials.
