DC Abbottabad chairs meeting to review district service delivery

ABBOTTABAD, Nov 07 (APP):Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad Sarmad Salim Akram chaired a meeting to review district service delivery and ensure improved facilities for citizens in line with the provincial government’s directives.
During the meeting, the District Monitoring Officer from the Education Monitoring Authority gave a detailed briefing on ongoing initiatives for better service delivery. The Deputy Commissioner issued special instructions to enhance the quality and efficiency of services being provided to the public.
The meeting discussed multiple areas, including the provision of facilities at tourist destinations, improvement of roads, development of public parks, establishment of tourist facilitation desks, and upgrades to general bus stands, cattle markets, civil veterinary hospitals, farm service centers, slaughterhouses, fruit and vegetable markets, Darul Aman, Zamong Kor, shelter homes, and cleaning of seasonal drains.
The session was attended by the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance and Planning), Chief Executive Officer WASA, District Health Officer, District Monitoring Officer (Education Monitoring Authority), District Officer Livestock, District Director Agriculture, District Officer Social Welfare, and representatives from C&W, TMAs, and Local Government departments.
