LAHORE, Jul 15 (APP):Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) Chief Executive Officer Engineer Shahid Haider here Monday made surprise visits to Khuli Kachehry (Public/Customers Hearing) organized at various sub-divisions of LESCO, to review the arrangements and personally hear the customers issues.
Chief Executive LESCO Engineer Shahid Haider visited Baghbanpura Division, Baghbanpura Sub-Division and UET Sub-Division to inspect process of customers’ hearing organized on the direction of Power Division.
Besides reviewing the arrangements, the LESCO Chief also heard the customers’ issues and issued on the spot orders for their immediate resolution.
It may be noted that on the instructions of the Power Division, Khhuli Kachehrian are being held in all LESCO offices on daily basis from 11 am to 1 pm, in which the respective SDOs (Sub-Divisional Officers), X-Ens (Executive Engineers) and SE (Superintending Engineers) are ensuring their presence
The LESCO high-ups are listening to customers complaints mostly pertaining to transformers, installation of new meters and replacement of meters. The related complaints are being heard patiently while immediate redress of the complaints is also being ensured.
