CTO inspects Traffic HQ licensing hall, orders better facilities

RAWALPINDI, Oct 17 (APP): Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Rawalpindi Farhan Aslam on Friday paid a surprise visit to the licensing hall at the Traffic Headquarters to review the working procedures and facilities for citizens.

He examined the licensing system and issued directions to further improve efficiency. He also ordered that one counter be reserved for senior citizens, women, and transgender persons to ensure convenience for all applicants.

Farhan Aslam interacted with visitors and said citizens could meet him personally during the public hour from 11 a.m. to 12 noon in case of any complaint.
He reaffirmed that the vision of Inspector General of Police Punjab Dr Usman Anwar would be implemented in its true spirit, adding that all licensing services were being provided under one roof using original national identity cards only.
