TANDO MUHAMMAD KHAN, Jul 17 (APP):Tando Muhammad Khan police arrested five people, including two women, suspected to be drug peddlers and recovered a huge quantity of drugs.
According to police sources, the police recovered 1 kg 950 grams of cannabis from Muhammad Anwar Mallah, 600 pieces of Main Puri Gutka from two women, Hawa Hajanu and Vakilan Hajanu and 600 pieces of Main Puri from two other suspects, Atif Kerio and Abdul Samad Khaskheli. Additionally, 300 pieces of marijuana were also recovered.
The operation was conducted on the instructions of SSP Haseeb Javed Somar Memon.
Cases have been registered against the arrested suspects under the Narcotics Act at the relevant police stations.
