RAWALPINDI, Jul 09 (APP):A local court on Thursday has awarded the death sentence along with a fine of Rs. 1.0 million to a criminal, Abdul Mueez, who shot and killed a citizen over a financial dispute.
According to the details, a murder case was registered against the convict at the Peerwadhai Police Station in February 2024.
Following an investigation based on forensic evidence and rigorous prosecution by police, the court announced the punishment, marking a victory for justice and providing closure to the victim’s family, said a police spokesman.
