HYDERABAD, Jun 24 (APP):The Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) Zulfiqar Ali Memon has said that the load management schedule was being followed strictly and the anti-theft and recovery campaign was also going on fast track, 100% recovery of dues will be ensured by eliminating electricity theft.
According to a HESCO spokesperson, while speaking at a meeting with relevant officers and staff on Monday, he stressed the importance of promptly reporting any transformer malfunctions to facilitate swift replacements.
Memon underlined that improved electricity services can only be achieved with the cooperation of consumers.
He directed all the field staff to strictly follow the safety protocols, regularly register all the complaints received at the complaint center so that they can be redressed in time.
