SARGODHA, Oct 24 (APP):Commissioner Sargodha Jahanzeb Awan on Friday presided over a meeting to review a survey of flood-affected areas and arrangements for the MDCAT.
According to the spokesperson for commissioner’s office here, the meeting reviewed the progress of the survey of 41 villages in Kot Momin affected by floods, where damage to houses, livestock, and crops is being assessed.
The Punjab government has initiated relief efforts, including the distribution of aid packages and provision of ATM cards to affected citizens.
The commissioner directed that security, cleanliness, electricity, and water arrangements be ensured at the camp site.
The meeting also reviewed the arrangements for the MD CAT exam, scheduled for October 26, and directed that security, traffic, and cleanliness arrangements be ensured at the exam center.
