SARGODHA, Oct 21 (APP):Commissioner Jehanzeb Awan presided over a review meeting regarding the ongoing rehabilitation of Narwari Garden.
According to the spokesperson for the commissioner here on Tuesday, the meeting was
attended by Director Development Bilal Hassan, Deputy Director Technical Rana Shahid,
Deputy Director Development Khushab Sohail Ranjha, Assistant Commissioner Nowshera Saima Basheer, and other relevant officers.
During the briefing, it was informed that most of the rehabilitation work at Narwari Garden had been completed. Grass plantation and tree plantation activities are near completion, with benches
already installed at various spots and local fruit-bearing trees planted across the park.
The remaining minor construction tasks are expected to be finalized within the current week.
The Commissioner directed the concerned departments to ensure the garden is made a fully functional,
green, and attractive recreational spot for the public, providing citizens with a pleasant environment.
The meeting also reviewed the ongoing repair and renovation work at the Assistant Commissioner Nowshera Complex.
