HYDERABAD, Aug 09 (APP):A review meeting was held at the office of Divisional Commissioner Hyderabad Bilal Ahmed Memon to discuss various mega and ongoing development schemes in the districts of Hyderabad Division.
The meeting was attended by Regional Director Local Government, Director General Hyderabad Development Authority (HDA), Chief Engineer Provincial Highways Hyderabad, Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad Zain ul Abdeen Memon and Deputy Commissioners of the division, participated through video link.
According to a handout issued on Friday, during the meeting, the Deputy Commissioners briefed the Commissioner about the progress of development schemes of their respective districts, including renovation, funds, NOC and other hindrances faced by the projects.
The Commissioner directed the officials to submit a detailed report in writing for the release of funds required for the completion of the schemes, so that funds can be released through the concerned higher authorities for the completion of these schemes.
Bilal Memon emphasized that any kind of negligence regarding completion of development schemes would not be tolerated, and government losses would be fixed by taking impartial action against the violators.
He asserted that there should be no obstacles and complications in the mega and ongoing schemes, and these should be completed within the defined time duration.
