BAHAWALPUR, Jan 01 (APP):A meeting of the Divisional Development Review Committee was held under the chairmanship of Commissioner Bahawalpur Division Musarrat Jabeen.
The meeting reviewed the progress of ongoing development schemes in the three districts of the division Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar and Rahim Yar Khan. The meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur Syed Hassan Raza, Director Development Ismatullah, Executive Engineer Highways Farrukh Mumtaz Waraich, Deputy Director Development (Technical) Waqas Muhammad Din, Deputy Director Development Faisal Shahzad, and Chief Officer Municipal Corporation Mian Muhammad Asif. Deputy Commissioner Rahim Yar Khan Zaheer Anwar Jappa and Deputy Commissioner Bahawalnagar Zulfiqar Ahmed Bhon participated in the meeting via video link.
Addressing the meeting, Commissioner Musarrat Jabeen directed that construction timelines must be strictly adhered to in order to ensure the completion of development projects within the stipulated period. She emphasized that daily monitoring of development works should be carried out to maintain and ensure quality standards. The Commissioner further instructed that all development schemes must be completed on time and in accordance with approved specifications. She stressed that concerned officers should personally visit project sites to closely monitor progress and ensure transparency, quality, and timely execution of all development initiatives.
