PESHAWAR, Jul 13 (APP):Leader of the Opposition in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, Dr. Ibadullah, has strongly criticized the Chief Minister, Ali Amin Gandapur for leading a political show with a large convoy, calling it a mockery of public sentiment.
He said, while the entire province is engulfed in unrest and insecurity, the Chief Minister has gone to Lahore with an extravagant convoy. “In the name of expressing solidarity with Punjab MPAs, thousands of vehicles were sent, Ibad said, asking what kind of justice is this?”.
Dr. Ibadullah, a senior PML-N leader, stated that spending millions from the public treasury for a single announcement is sheer injustice.
He added that the public in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are facing daily terrorism, lawlessness, and uncertainty, yet instead of addressing their concerns, the provincial leadership is focusing on political displays in Punjab.
“This behavior is not public service but a political showmanship,” he concluded.
