LAHORE, Jan 12 (APP):Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif paid glowing tribute to
security forces for neutralising eight Indian-backed terrorists in Bannu
and other areas.
In a statement, the chief minister praised the professionalism, bravery, and timely action
of the security personnel, saying their successful operation foiled terrorist designs and protected
innocent lives.
She said that the complete eradication of terrorism remains an unwavering resolve of the
government, adding that the entire nation stands united against all forms of extremism.
CM Maryam Nawaz added that the brave soldiers of the armed forces never hesitate
to lay down their lives for the defence of the country and the safety of its people
