PESHAWAR, Oct 08 (APP): Parliamentary leader of Pakistan Peoples Party, Ahmed Karim Kundi here Tuesday termed the Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s disappearance story after D Chowk protest was like a filmy jokes that was being laugh by the people.
Speaking on a point of order at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, Ahmad Kundi said that CM KP’s disappearance story was being mocked by the children in streets as no one took it seriously.
He said that entire Assembly would have stand with CM KP today if he was arrested while raising voice for rights of the province.
Ahmad Kundi said that even PTI workers have been disappointed over self imposed disappearance of the Chief Minister KP after D Chowk protest.
Kundi said that PPP leadership have accepted gallows and sacrificed life but did not compromise on rights of people of Pakistan.
He suggested in-camera briefing of the House on the law and order situation developed at KP House after the CM’s claims.
Earlier, the Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur has accused the Islamabad police for conducted what he said an uncalled for raid at KP House during his stay, he added.
He paid tributes to the party workers for their commitment with party during protest demonstrations.
The CM KP has again narrated the dispetance story in the house and criticed the treatment of Islamabad police towards him at KP House, he added.
