SINJAWI, Nov 02 (APP): Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti attended the final match of the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Football Tournament in Sinjawi, where he distributed prizes to outstanding players and reaffirmed his government’s commitment to promoting sports and youth engagement across the province.
He was accompanied by Provincial Minister for Food Haji Noor Muhammad Khan Dummar, Sardar Kohyar Khan Domki, Parliamentary Secretary Wali Muhammad Noorzai, and Mir Asghar Rind.
Addressing the ceremony, CM Sarfraz Bugti praised the performance of participating teams and highlighted the growing talent among Balochistan’s youth.
He noted that young athletes from the province are proving their capabilities on the field, and the government is committed to nurturing their potential.
The Chief Minister emphasized that sports foster discipline, teamwork, and positive thinking—qualities essential for personal growth and societal harmony.
CM Bugti outlined several initiatives aimed at enhancing the sports sector and various special projects have been launched to improve sports facilities at the district level.
Efforts include the restoration of sports grounds and the provision of modern training programs for youth.
He expressed hope that football and other sports will inspire youth in areas like Sinjawi to pursue healthy and constructive activities, laying the foundation for a peaceful and resilient Balochistan.
The Chief Minister congratulated the organizers for successfully hosting the tournament and expressed his desire to see such events held regularly to provide platforms for young talent to thrive.
