Clash among brothers over land dispute in Bara leaves three dead, two injured

PESHAWAR, Jun 18 (APP):A land dispute in Bara tehsil of Khyber district turned deadly on Thursday when a violent clash between two brothers resulted in the deaths of three people, including a woman, and left two others injured.
According to local police, all the victims belonged to the same family.
The incident occurred in Aman Chowk, Bar Qambar Khel area of Bara, where a long-standing dispute over jointly owned property existed between two brothers, identified as Badshah and Asghar.
Police said that an argument over possession of the disputed land escalated into a physical altercation before both sides opened fire on each other.
As a result of the shooting, Munsif, son of Asghar, a woman identified as the wife of Asghar and Farhad, son of Badshah were killed on the scene.
Meanwhile, Asghar and his daughter sustained injuries and were initially shifted to Dogra Hospital. Due to their critical condition they were later referred to Peshawar for further medical treatment.
Local residents expressed deep concern over the loss of precious lives while police after collecting evidence from the scene, started their investigation
