QUETTA, Jul 29 (APP): Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court (BHC) Rozi Khan Bareach inaugurated the newly constructed Sariab Judicial Complex on Tuesday.
On this occasion, the senior-most judge of BHC, Muhammad Kamran Khan Mulakhel, and other judges, Registrar of the High Court of Balochistan, Abdul Qayyum Lehri, District and Sessions Judge, Sariab, Inayatullah Kakar, and other judicial officers and lawyers were also present.
Addressing the judges and lawyers, Chief Justice of the High Court of Balochistan Rozi Khan Bareach directed to examine the cases thoroughly, dispose of them in a timely manner according to the law, give unnecessary bets and avoid needless adjournments in the cases so that people would not face any difficulty in providing justice.
The Chief Justice urged all the judges to use all their abilities and treat the people with a smile so that the construction of this complex could provide cheap and timely justice to the litigants of the area.
He directed the lawyers to eliminate black sheep among them, no concession would be made to the perpetrators of corruption.
He said that the people of the area would not have to go to the district court located in the middle of the city to resolve their legal problems, but could benefit from the newly constructed judicial complex in their area.
The construction of this complex would save both time and resources of the people of the area.
Earlier, Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court Rozi Khan Barich was presented a guard of honour by a police contingent upon his arrival at the Sariab Judicial Complex.
