PESHAWAR, Mar 03 (APP): A resident of Kohat, Murtaza Ali has received payment of Rs.158,353 as maturity claim from Pakistan Post Life Insurance (PLI) following the intervention of the Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat Regional Office Peshawar on Tuesday.
The complainant had approached the office regarding delay in issuance of his maturity claim. The inquiry was conducted by Assistant Advisor Ms. Anjum Bibi, while implementation proceedings were supervised by Deputy Advisor Muhammad Alamzaib.
After completion of the investigation, directions were issued to the department concerned, which complied by releasing the outstanding maturity amount of Rs. 158,353 to the complainant.
