CHINIOT, Nov 5 (APP): Civil Defense Officer Saira Rafique on Wednesday conducted surprise inspections at various petrol pumps, checking weighing scales to ensure accurate measurements. She warned that strict action will be taken against any pump found cheating consumers.
During the inspection, Rafique emphasized that consumers must receive the correct amount of petrol, and any complaints of short measurements will be dealt with severely.
Her team inspected multiple pumps, ensuring compliance with regulations. The Civil Defense Officer also sealed LPG refilling shops at various locations, confiscating machines and equipment.
