GUJRAT, Nov 08 (APP): Dr. Syed Ata-ul-Munim, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the District Health Authority Gujrat, conducted surprise inspections at several healthcare facilities, including the Rural Health Centre (RHC) Malka, Maryam Nawaz Clinic Thotha Rai Bahadur, Maryam Nawaz Clinic Khair Ghansar, and Civil Hospital Kotla.
According to a spokesperson for the health authority, the visits were intended to assess the quality of healthcare services provided to the public, ensure staff attendance, and verify the availability of essential medicines.
During his visit to RHC Malka and Maryam Nawaz Clinic Khair Ghansar, Dr. Ata-ul-Munim expressed dissatisfaction with certain deficiencies and instructed the concerned staff to submit explanations regarding the shortcomings.
Following these inspections, the CEO also reviewed vaccination activities in village Cheani, evaluating the performance of vaccinators and issuing directives to enhance immunization services in the area.
