HYDERABAD, Apr 03 (APP):Chief Executive Officer of Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) Faizullah Dahiri has said the company was taking serious efforts to keep increasing the number of the electricity feeders which are provided round the clock power sans outages.
At a meeting with Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP’s) MNA Syed Tariq Hussain Shah Jamote at his office on Friday the CEO claimed that steps were being taken to address consumers complaints in a speedy way.
He pointed out that they were organizing public hearings in all the subdivisions on a regular basis besides ensuring that the complaints received at the offices of HESCO were efficiently attended.
Dahiri said the company was working on the schemes which were proposed by the parliamentarians on a priority basis.
The MNA, meanwhile, said being the public representatives they keep sensitizing the people to conserve electricity and to avoid its wasteful usage.
He claimed that they also always advise the people to pay their electricity and other utility bills on time.
The Superintending Engineer (SE) Circle I Aqeel Noor Memon, SE Larh Circle Sohail Ahmed Shaikh and other officers of the company also attended the meeting.
