RAWALPINDI, Nov 21 (APP):A guidebook titled “Procedure for Registration of Welfare Organizations (NGOs) with the Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Department and Punjab Charity Commission” has been released.
Authored by Divisional Director Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Muhammad Shahid Rana, the book contains the guiding principles and step by step procedural details for the welfare organization for their accreditation.
The author has also presented the book to commissioner Rawlapindi, Engr Amir Khattak during a meeting at the commissioner office on Friday.
The publication offers a detailed explanation of the online registration process for welfare organizations and NGOs with the Social Welfare Department and the Punjab Charity Commission. It presents the complete English text of the applicable laws and regulations along with their accurate Urdu translations.

It may be recalled that Muhammad Shahid Rana has previously authored several books on subjects related to the social welfare sector.
