FAISALABAD, Jul 29 (APP):Environment Protection Department has sealed boiler of a textile unit and imposed fine on its owner for violating environment protection rule.
Deputy Director Environment Johar Abbas Randhawa said here on Monday that a team of environment protection department checked various factories and mills and found burning of prohibited material in the boiler of a textile unit situated at Small Industrial Estate. The environment team sealed the premises of boiler and imposed a fine of Rs 200,000 on its owner, besides getting a case registered.
