LAHORE, Jun 17 (APP): Central Zonal Office of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Punjab, has set up a Control Room and Complaint Cell in Lahore in compliance with the orders of Nasir Khalily, the Director General BISP Punjab, for effective communication with beneficiaries across all districts of the province and ensure prompt redressal of their grievances.
In a major step to strengthen service delivery and enhance beneficiary facilitation, the Control Room will be functional during tranche disbursement hours as a platform for receiving complaints and resolving issues in a timely and transparent manner, says an official release issued here Tuesday.
This development reaffirms BISP’s commitment to accountability, accessibility, and efficient support for its beneficiaries.
Beneficiaries can contact the Control Room through the landline numbers 042-99260412 and 042-35415143. These lines are dedicated to assisting beneficiaries in resolving their concerns effectively and ensuring a smooth disbursement process.
