SARGODHA, Jul 22 (APP):A divisional-level awareness seminar on “Registration of Births and Deaths” will be held at Sargodha Arts Council Hall here on July 24, Thursday.
Official sources said here on Tuesday, the seminar is being organized by the Local Government and Community Development (LG&CD) Department, in line with the directives of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif.
Commissioner Sargodha Division, Jahanzeb Awan, and Deputy Commissioner, Capt (R) Muhammad Wasim, will attend the seminar as chief guests.
The seminar aims to raise awareness about the importance of timely registration of births and deaths and to find solutions to related issues.
Director Local Government, Asif Iqbal Malik, and Deputy Director, Babar Shahzad Ranjha, will provide detailed briefings on the subject to the participants.
